  1. 1 Open the downloaded file (Downloads folder).
  2. 2 If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click “More info”, then “Run anyway”.
  3. 3 Follow the setup wizard: no administrator rights are needed.
  4. 4 On first start, choose “Explore the demo” to look around the demo gym, or create your own gym to start the 14-day trial.

Install with confidence

  • Your data stays with you

    Everything is saved on your PC. Gymza sends none of your gym’s data to the internet.

  • Nothing is deleted

    After the trial, without a licence, the software switches to read-only: your data stays viewable and exportable.

  • Clean uninstall

    Uninstalling removes the program and keeps your data, in case you reinstall it.

  • A known publisher

    Gymza is developed and maintained by Atlaxys Consulting, a Moroccan company.

The installer is not yet signed with a code-signing certificate, which is why Windows may show a SmartScreen warning. The SHA-256 checksum above lets you verify the file.

  • This is the full version of Gymza: no feature is limited during the 14 days.
  • The demo gym contains fictitious data, labelled “DEMO”, kept separate from your own gym.
  • To buy, send us your activation code: you keep everything entered during the trial.
  • Hardware (readers, controller, turnstile) can be tested with the built-in simulator, without buying anything.
  • Windows only: Gymza does not run on Mac, tablets or phones.

Questions about the download and the trial

How do I install Gymza?

Download the Windows installer and run it: no administrator rights are needed. On first start, a wizard asks for your gym’s name and creates the owner account. It takes a few minutes.

For a complete installation with hardware, we can install and configure the system and train your team.

What computer does Gymza run on?

Windows 10 (64-bit, version 1809 or later) and Windows 11. A PC with 4 GB of RAM and 2 GB of free disk space is enough; 8 GB is recommended.

Gymza does not run on Mac, Linux, tablets or phones.

How long does the trial last?

14 days from the first start of your own gym, with every feature. The demo gym is there for practice and for training your team.

Does the demo data mix with mine?

No. The demo gym has its own database, separate from yours. Everything you do there stays in the demo, which is labelled “DEMO” everywhere.

What happens after the 14 days?

Without a licence, Gymza switches to read-only: you can still look up members, print reports and run backups, but not record new sign-ups or payments. Nothing is deleted, and access control keeps working.

As soon as you import your licence, everything is re-enabled, with all the data entered during the trial.

How does activation work?

Activation works offline. In Gymza, open Settings → Licence, copy your activation request code and send it to us by WhatsApp or email.

We send back a signed licence file. Import it on the same screen: the licence is activated immediately and bound to that computer. If you change PCs, we transfer the licence.

Does Gymza work without internet?

Yes, completely. Gymza is installed on your gym’s computer and does not need the internet — not to sign up a member, take a payment, print a receipt or activate the licence.

A fibre or ADSL outage changes nothing for your gym.
