Privacy policy
What data we collect on this website, why, who it is shared with, how long we keep it, and your rights under Moroccan law no. 09-08.

Data you send us
When you fill in a form (demo, pricing, contact, installation help), we receive what you enter:
- name, gym name, phone or WhatsApp, email, city;
- number of members, needs, preferred contact method, message;
- your agreement to be contacted;
- the page you write from and where your visit came from (advertising source, medium and campaign, utm parameters, fbclid / gclid click identifiers, landing page, referring site).
Technical data
Like any website, our host receives the technical data needed to serve pages (IP address, browser type, requested page). If you accept them, the analytics and advertising tools described in the cookie policy collect browsing data.
What we do not collect
The data you record in the Gymza software (members, payments, photos, attendance) stays on your gym’s computer. We have no access to it and receive no copy. For that data, your gym is the data controller.
Purposes and grounds
- answering your requests, contacting you and arranging a demo — at your request and with your agreement;
- preparing a proposal, issuing and managing your licence — pre-contractual measures and contract;
- learning which campaigns bring requests, to improve them — legitimate interest, using the source attached to your request;
- measuring site traffic and ad performance — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients and service providers
Your data is intended for the Atlaxys Consulting team. It is never sold or shared. It is processed on our behalf by:
- DigitalOcean, LLC — website hosting;
- Web3Forms — delivering form submissions to our mailbox;
- our email provider — receiving your requests;
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
Transfers outside Morocco
Some of these providers are established in, or host data in, countries outside Morocco, notably the United States and the European Union. For any question about these transfers and the safeguards around them, write to us at the address given below.
Retention
- requests that do not lead further: 3 years from the last contact;
- customers: for the duration of the relationship, then for the legal retention periods of accounting records;
- visit source: for the browser session, or 90 days if you accept analytics or advertising cookies;
- analytics: 13 months at most;
- cookie choice: 6 months, after which we ask again.
Your rights
Under articles 7 to 9 of law no. 09-08 you have the right to access, rectify and object, including to marketing. To exercise them, email [email protected] stating your request; we may ask you to prove your identity.
You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of each page. You can also contact the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Requests are accessible only to the people who need them to respond. Forms are protected against automated submissions.
Changes
This policy may change, for example if we add a tool. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
