Software and download terms

The software

Gymza is gym management software for Windows, published by ATLAXYS Consulting SARL AU. It is installed and runs on the gym’s computer, with no online service.

Download and free trial

Downloading is free. The complete software can be used free of charge for 14 days from the first start of your gym, with all its features.

After that period, without a licence, the software switches to read-only: data remains viewable, exportable and backed up, and access control keeps working. Nothing is deleted.

Licence of use

Atlaxys Consulting grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the modules, limits, number of workstations and duration stated in your licence file. The software remains the property of ATLAXYS Consulting SARL AU.

The licence is bound to one computer. Moving it to another machine is requested from us.

Permitted use

You may not resell, rent, sub-license or redistribute the software, decompile or modify it, circumvent the licensing mechanism, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Your data and your members

Data entered in the software (members, payments, photos, attendance) stays on your computer. Your gym is responsible for it, including its backups: the software offers automatic backups, which you need to enable and copy off the machine.

Under law no. 09-08, processing your members’ data is your responsibility as data controller.

Updates

Updates are supplied as a signed package, installed from within the software. Their availability depends on the terms of your licence. A backup is made before every update.

Support and remote assistance

Support is provided in French and Arabic, by WhatsApp, phone or email, according to the terms of your licence.

Remote assistance is only possible if you switch it on yourself in the software; it is time-limited and every intervention is recorded in the audit log.

Access control and safety

Gymza drives turnstiles and doors through controllers. Emergency exits must be released by a mechanical device independent of the software, as fire regulations require. Installing the hardware is the installer’s responsibility.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is”. Atlaxys Consulting does not warrant that it will be free of errors. Its liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the licence and does not cover data loss resulting from a missing backup, hardware failure or improper use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Ouarzazate.
